Super Quick & Easy Green Beans

It’s simple and easy, and it’s my husbands own creation. In fact, he makes this dish many times when he’s in charge of dinner, and my kids gobble it up and ask for seconds or thirds.
 
In a cast iron skillet on medium/high heat he heats 1-2 TBS. of oil (see more on how I feel about oils, here) and stir-fries a pound of frozen green beans for 5-7 minutes.
 
He seasons with seasoning salt and cracked black pepper.
 
My husband will eat a whole plateful of this if it’s cooked this way (which to that, I say, hooray! this is good!).
